Radiant Tanning Clients

As recently communicated by Radiant Tanning to their clients, SunScape has agreed to honour some remaining Radiant Tanning packages until Jan. 31, 2021. These packages are now available for use at any SunScape location. Additionally, some client lotions have been transferred to SunScape’s South Surrey location and are available for pick-up beginning September 10, 2020.

As noted in Radiant’s update copied below, SunScape is doing this as a courtesy only, and only those packages included in the conversion will be available for use.

“As many of you know, Radiant has been temporarily closed since mid March in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. It has always been our intention to reopen once safe to do so, however, circumstances with our landlord have prevented that from happening. Therefore, after 13 years of serving the community, it is with regret that Radiant Tanning Salon will be permanently closing its doors.

Over the years, I have made friends with other tanning salons and one in particular has extended a lifeline to myself and to you, our loyal customer base. SunScape Tanning, with 7 locations in the Lower Mainland, has graciously agreed to convert our clients remaining minutes into tanning sessions at their locations (with guidelines*) Please visit the following link after September 1, 2020 for full details: www.sunscapetanning.com/radiant

If you currently store a lotion at Radiant Tanning Salon you may visit the salon on Friday, August 14th from 2pm – 6 pm or Saturday, August 15th from 10 am – 2 pm. After that, lotions purchased from the salon in the last year will be moved to SunScape’s South Surrey location for you to pick up at your convenience.

* Only clients with over 20 minutes remaining on their account will be converted
* Clients must use their remaining minutes and pick up lotions by January 31, 2021
* Free Points/Free Months/or Free Weeks will not be carried over to SunScape
* Clients must adhere to SunScape’s tanning policies and regulations
* All decisions regarding remaining minutes are at SunScape’s sole discretion and are being done as a courtesy. There is a conversion being done between two different software programs and SunScape will not be responsible for any missing accounts or packages.”
